Loving the cloth!

So we have been using our Gro Baby cloth diapers for a while now and are still totally in love with them! I don't know why we didn't do this sooner!

But I have a question for you...does anyone out there use natural/organic laundry soap? Honestly I had never really given my laundry soap much thought, until I started using cloth diapers. Tiny Bubbles is one brand I am looking in to but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions, advise or comments for me? Thanks for your help! I always love hearing what you have to say :-)

I would suggest using Shaklee. It's all natural and enviromentally friendly. You have to order it online though at http://www.shaklee.net/

This was a lot of years ago, but when my grown kids were babies, they were allergic to soaps. My doctor told me it was fillers, and to use a non-allergenic liquid soap. Worked fine. No rashy bottoms, and liquid soap doesn't cost a fortune compared to some of the non-store special brands. And mine were all on cloth diapers. Hope this helps. We use Purex Free today for all our allergic family folks.

Costco sells a brand called "Ecos" that has 100% natural ingredients and is earth friendly. I use it and love it.

My son has very sensitive skin. He had a number of rashes as a baby. We changed to using Amway's SA8 laundry detergent and he has never had another rash since. It gets absolutely everything out. He has had white baseball pants 3 of the 4 years he has played baseball and there is not one stain on them. No grass, mud or red snack stain anywhere. I am a true believer in it. You might see if there is someone in your area who uses it and see if they will give you samples of it. You will totally be sold.
Beautiful Boy by the way!!! What a gift!!!

When we did cloth diapers I always used Tide Free followed by a vinegar rinse. Worked great! They didn't have all the great naturals they have now, I saw the costco one yesterday and may try it soon. I still use vinegar in my laundry and it keeps everything so fresh. Course I clean with it too....
