In March of 2009 we were blessed with our third child, Israel David. He was born with congenital limb differences and micrognathia. This blog was started to share our journey with friends and family and anyone else who God brings our way. Our hope is to share our miracle with you...and as you read, that you will be blessed. Remember to always enjoy the miracles in your life!

More stories of hope
I recently happened upon a blog called Born Just Right. It is a mother's blog of her daughter Jordan who was born with only one hand. Yesterday I introduced myself to her (Via the Internet) and she shared with me about a man named Josh Kennison. He is JUST like Israel, no hands or feet! Amazing! I was excited to watch his YouTube videos, ready his stories and find his FaceBook page. He brings a message of hope and an attitude of "I can". He is a runner and has won many gold medals competing at the Extremity Games. He is such an inspiration to me, to others and to Israel someday too! CLICK HERE to be inspired by this amazing man.

Becca - I love how you seek out stories of inspiration - and this one is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you for sharing it. I want you to know that every time I get a new notification of an update to your blog - I read it immediately! I love you - and am blessed to call you friend!! XOXO to the kiddos (and your hubby, too!!) - Teresa
Isn't Josh wonderful!! We met him at Camp No Limits and you must bring Israel to camp when he's a little older (Jordan started going when she was three and a half).

There's a wonderful little boy who is five who also went to camp with us with very similar arms and legs... He's awesome and MADLY in love with baseball. He's a heck of a player and such a fan of Josh. (We all are.) I'm so glad you got to know Josh online. I can't wait for you to meet him in person some time!
